Vertiv – Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila – Manila City, Metro Manila – Responsibilities Collect information on the customer’s service event (equipment failure or malfunction) from multiple tracker databases and mailboxes, as submitted by Field Service Engineers (Liebert Services) and Technical Support Engineers. Verify the customer’s service coverage which includes Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and coordinates with Field Operations and Technical Support if service appears to be chargeable/billable to customer. Verify the request for Root Cause Analysis is valid, and that sufficient information is available to initiate the RCAR process. Create and rework different kinds of customer reports (e.g., Preliminary Root Cause Analysis Report, Site Visit Report, Customer Letter, etc.) depending on the direction given by the Technical Support Liaison.
