Western Visayas – The Senior Manager for HR Business Partner is responsible for the overall service delivery of all employee relations functions by developing and building strong relationships with designated operations partners and employees. Duties & Responsibilities: Development, review and administration of policies and procedures and labor compliance Employee discipline Development and implementation of other strategic employee relations initiatives Continuous Improvement – Ensure the effective delivery of all services to the Organization and ensure that those services are continually improved.
