Yoga is a meeting with one’s owns self. It is a time to meet your inner self and obtain a return ticket to your blissful and happy genuine nature. When you do yoga, you will automatically feel cheerful. When we did not grasp our life’s circumstances, the same thing happened to me. We are all dealing with a lack of motivation, sadness, sleeplessness, and keeping up with my personal connections, which have begun to impair my physical health.
