Perform complex parametric analysis and diagnostics. Provide resolution to diagnosed events based on pre-defined set of procedures. Keep track of incident resolution until closure. Proactively monitor status and coordinate/follow-up closure of open incidents with counterparts. Acts as a technical resource and provide assistance to internal customers (Customer Engineers (CE), Customer Resolution Center (CRC), and Points-of-Contact (POC). Create battery and UPS preventative maintenance reports which includes providing summary equipment status and recommendations to customer consistent with Liebert’s service standards.
