Supervises the trucking personnel-drivers, helpers and checkers. . Recommends policies and/or procedures that will help in the smooth operation of trucking department. . Prepares updates and maintains masterlist of all trips. . Prepares the summary of payroll of trucking personnel. . Responds to urgent concerns and matters of trucking department. . Coordinates with Sales and Marketing Department all pick-up requirements and concerns. . Coordinates with Equipment Control Officer regarding status of trucks and trailers.
