I’d like to share this “miracle of water therapy” to all our Filipino readers who are interested in water therapy. As we all know, our bodies are made up of 60-70% water. Hence, when the amount of water in our body reduces, many health problems arise.
I would say water therapy is really effective because it helped my father recovered from agonizing and irritating disease of arthritis. In 2007, my father suffered from rheumatoid arthritis that he can barely walk because of the excruciating pain and swelling on his foot. The medications he bought could do nothing, the medicines are of no use, the pain just keep coming back making his daily life painfully difficult.
One day, he went to the library and he found an article about “Drink water on empty stomach” that says it can cure arthritis just by drinking water. My father photocopied it and followed the written instructions very carefully.
Every morning, he would drink 4 glasses of water and he noticed that everytime he would urinate he sees a white powdery substance at the bottom of the bedpan (he didn’t know what it was). After a month of taking water therapy, I’ve noticed big improvement and difference on my father’s condition. He can now walk, jog and do the things he used to do without any pain in his joints. He also said that his urine was already clear.

It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.
Once this “sludge” reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
