Bill Baker and Craig Ballard Bring 50 Years of Experience

Baker is a retail industry expert with over 30 years of experience in commercial property management and real estate, overseeing a $30M renovation of Perimeter Mall in Atlanta, GA, and leading the grand opening of several high-profile properties such as The Shoppes at River Crossing and Oviedo Marketplace. 

Ballard has held various Marketing Director roles since 2002. At AutoZone, he led a campaign that increased engagement by 30%. At the National Civil Rights Museum, he launched the “Legacy Award” within the “Freedom Award” campaign.
